If it walks like a Nazi and talks like a Nazi…
To liken Israel’s treatment of Palestinians to how the Nazis treated Jews and other “undesirables" should not be controversial.
After all, there is a direct contractual link between the Zionist movement and the Nazis by way of the Haavara agreement.
And of course Zionists emulated the viciousness of the Holocaust during the Nakba in 1948, when survivors of the Nazi camps eagerly meted out cruelty and death on Palestinians — spurred on by Zionist claims that the Arabs were somehow responsible for European antisemitism.
The thing is, the Israel-Nazi similarity wasn’t some historical anomaly, it has continued to this day — and we are all bearing witness to Israel’s fascist brutality.
Sure, there are cosmetic differences between the two ideologies (soldiers speak Hebrew instead of German, and wave the Star of David as opposed to Swastikas), but for all other intents and purposes the IOF and Israeli government are almost indistinguishable from Nazis. We can draw ready parallels between the callous, calculating imprisonment, torture and murder of the 1940s, and the dehumanizing depravity carried out today by Israelis.
